"The place is clean and quiet. You cannot enter with luggage from the front door. You have to enter through the garage which means there are two flights of stairs so if you do have a lot of suitcases or elderly with you it’s something to consider. We had a lot of suitcases, a family member on oxygen, and assumed we could enter from the first floor. We planned to keep the suitcases on the first floor for the stay. Parking is great and it is a great area."

"This apartment was wonderful! The location was great and walkable to downtown, the host was very responsive and helpful, and it was very clean. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we could have needed. The bed was comfortable and AC worked well. I absolutely recommend this place to anyone attending for a sporting event or concert. The home address is for the main house on the property not the carriage house I rented. This was confusing to me when I arrived in the dark. Host and I were able to sort it out the next day. Will consider renting again in the future, except there is no washer, dryer or iron in the property which I didn’t realize when booking."

"I stayed at the property with two teenage sons and wife while we went to visit colleges on a long weekend. The property was perfect for our family of four due to the price and location. We drove most places, but you could walk to some of the popular places. I would recommend that families with younger kids look for alternatives. "I cannot compliment this home enough. I looked for months for a place for my family to say when we were visiting and not only was this the best price and the biggest, it was also the nicest. The host was extremely friendly and made checkout so easy. All they wanted me to do was put the used towels in the tub and load the dishwasher. I asked if I should strip the beds and they said not to worry about it. After a long exhausting weekend it was nice not having to run to every room and overly clean....
