Relaxing Escape - The Clancy Cottage

The 800 SF Clancy Cottage was constructed in 2022 with an open floor plan and all the amenities needed for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. It is located in a relaxing setting next door to our private residence with views of Sheep Mountain across the way.

The cottage includes a full kitchen (no dishwasher) with everything you will need to prepare meals, a bathroom that includes a standard shower, washer and dryer, and a walk in closet. The spacious bedroom is located upstairs on the loft with a king bed and a designated work space.

During the warm Montana weather, you can relax and enjoy yourself on the outdoor patio which includes a propane grill, propane fire-pit and a hot tub. The hot tub is not available for use from Nov.1-Apr.1 due to the cold weather limiting the maintenance that is required (as noted in hot tub photos). Activities enjoyed in the immediate area include hiking, disc golf (sheep mountain), mountain biking, ATVing and kayaking/paddle boarding at Park Lake (just a few miles past the cottage).

The cottage is located just 2 miles from I-15 and is a quick drive to Helena where you can enjoy dining, breweries, theater, shopping, a hot springs, and historical places of interest.

If you're looking for comfortable, immaculate, and quiet accommodations in the Helena area I highly recommend the Clancy Cottage. We had a great stay. As a host Stacey is fantastic, I can't think of anything she could do to to make it easier for guests to settle in and relax.

Perfect Mountain Getaway

We had an incredible stay in Clancy. The property was beautiful and clean. Our hosts went out of their way to accommodate our group, and even blew the snow off of our cars. I can’t recommend this property enough! 10/10!

Peaceful getaway but bot far from Helena

Beautiful little cabin. We stayed here during a basketball tournament. The layout of the cabin was perfect for just the two of us. The bed was very comfortable. Five stars overall for sure!

This property is conveniently located between Helena and Boulder Hot springs, allowing us to have a great weekend going into Helena for dinner and shopping, Boulder to soak in the historic hot springs and some hiking on the nearby Sheep mountain. The cottage was perfectly set up for my husband and I, with many thoughtful extra touches by the owners. I would highly recommend this property as a perfect spot for a getaway for two.

A wonderful stay...

The property is beautiful. The space was clean and ready. The hot tub was divine and the kitchen was well stocked for actual cooking and usage. Extra water in the fridge was appreciated and nice and cool even though it was cooking outside. Overall a very well managed property and comfortable.

Haven In The Woods

I don’t even know where to start raving about this place. My husband and I stayed a couple of nights and, from before we even got there, we felt incredibly welcomed. Once we did get there, we were welcomed by the coziest, cleanest VRBO I have ever stayed in. Paul and Stacey went above and beyond to make our anniversary extra special. Would 100/10 recommend anybody looking for the *perfect* stay to come visit the cottage!!

The hosts are kind, honest and caring. New cabin is exceptionally clean and comfortable. Outdoor patio is lovely. In a very quiet setting surrounded by pine trees. Easy access to Helena. One of the best hosts we have ever rented from.

AMAZING place to spend a few nights!

We stayed here for a few nights just to relax and get away. Location is PERFECT! Just a short, easy drive from Helena but far enough away from town to feel alone. It was also nice being able to finish off the day with a warm soak in the hot tub! Stacey and Paul were extra helpful and made the stay easier by making sure we had everything we needed, including the small things we typically forget to pack for our short trips! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Recommend & would definitely stay again, and again!!

Amazing!

My partner and I were here this weekend for our anniversary and we both agreed this was the best VRBO experience we’ve ever had! Thank you so much to Stacy and Paul for all of your thoughtful touches and attention to detail! Everything was perfect beyond what we could have asked for. They even went so far as to make sure we had a special treat to celebrate our anniversary with. We absolutely recommend this cottage to anyone in need of a good vacation. Surprise Elopement

I surprised my fiance with an elopement on our trip to montana, and was very stressed, to say the least. We were instantly relaxed in the cottage. Anything that we possibly could have forgotten was there. The bed is SUPER comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Perfection!

Beautiful little cottage! This was by far the cleanest and best VRBO we have ever stayed at. Kitchen and bathroom had everything you would need. The hosts thought of everything. And you could tell they took great care and pride in their cottage. Hot tub was so relaxing! Saw mama deer with their babies go right past us from the hot tub both evenings we were there. I already miss the sounds and smell of the pine trees around us, and the peace and quiet.

Perfect Peaceful Getaway

This property is perfect. Everything is so clean and Stacey thinks of everything you may need and has some available for you there. Forget your razor? That's ok, she has some for you! We wanted a quiet, no kid weekend before hockey starts and this was perfect! We will definitely be back!

Lovely getaway

This was the perfect place to unwind and relax. After a busy wedding week my husband and I stayed here for 2 nights to enjoy some peace and quiet which we absolutely did. Super comfortable bed, fully stocked kitchen, and access to all the streaming services in the living room. Our favorite part was the hot tub and we spent so much time there! We hardly left the property. The hosts were great and helpful. I’d easily book this again if I wanted a getaway. Thanks Paul and Stacey for the lovely stay!
