Phone conversation was not good at all. Frequently breaking down when asking questions. No instructions at all in apt to get started. No hot water...

"Lovely apartment, very clean and spacious for two. Good facilities (though the cutlery is rather basic) and very comfortable. It took us a while to find a car parking space but having the parking permit passed were a godsend. Great location. "

"We had another apartment booked, but 4 days before our holiday it became unavailable due to maintenance issues so we had alternative accommodation offered. On arrival there was beer bottles and rubbish all over the car park entrance.
