"There was no fridge or microwave in the room, however small items could be kept in fridge behind front desk. A huge issue for us travelling with kids was no access to a microwave anywhere on the property. It was quite expensive but a beautiful well run hotel with helpful staff and very nice rooms. One suggestion would be in the family suite there is zero space next to the sink to place amenities. A shelf would have been helpful."

"We had a pretty nice stay in Nice! The location was convenient, close to the train and trams, though a bit away from the main attractions, which was fair for the price. The front desk staff was incredibly kind and hands-on, they helped us with recommendations, maps, and were just overall kind. We booked a superior double, and the room size was good, though the bathroom was still a bit cramped, especially when trying to shower and open/close the door. We had a small balcony, which was a nice touch, but we couldn’t figure out how to keep it closed after opening it, not sure if it was us or the door. We didn’t report it since we only stayed two nights. The AC worked well, and overall, it was great value for the price. If you have large luggage and you’re not on the first floor, the stairs might be a bit of a hassle, but thankfully we were only one flight up. In the end, it was just what we needed, and the staff made it better!"

"I was really pleasantly surprised by how nice and comfy the hotel was, as well as being clean and well maintained. The two desk clerks were very helpful also, as well as managing the small downstairs bar which was a nice feature. The place is by the train station and it seemed perfectly safe to me. The walk to the beach was just over 15 minutes, so quite convenient."
