Quiet and without kids:)) Secluded, private beach 🏖️ Employees are very friendly and welcoming. Professional. Restaurants with great food options and nice music at dinner time . "Overall I enjoyed the beautiful property, my room was gorgeous, and the swim up bar was pretty awesome too. However, the property was huge and some of the main elevators were down during most of my stay. I had to walk to an elevator that was working or take the stairs to the 6th floor. Even if I walked to a working elevator it felt like a half a mile. The amenities say you get a bottle of spirits each day of your stay. When I noticed my spirits was not replenished the next day I called the desk to be told it is a one time deal. Disappointing but the all-inclusive made that better."

"Moon Palace Jamaica is a stunning resort — gorgeous pools, beautiful beach, excellent food and drinks, and warm attentive staff. We had a genuinely great time and would likely go back. That said, a couple of things need to be said honestly. Our arrival was rough. They mixed up our room and we waited over an hour to check in after a long day of travel. For a resort at this price point, that kind of disorganization is a poor way to welcome guests and left us frustrated before we’d even unpacked. We were also pulled into what turned out to be a lengthy, high-pressure timeshare sales presentation. It was aggressive and went well beyond what was implied when we agreed to it. Go in prepared to say no — firmly, and more than once. Once we got past those two things, the resort really did shine. The amenities, the atmosphere, the food, and the overall experience were everything we hoped for. Just be ready for a bumpy start and keep your guard up when the “resort orientation” invitation comes around.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​"

"The Expedia confirmation of my reservation stated that a deposit had been charged to my card. This turned out to be incorrect, they had just placed a hold on my card. This led to an issue on check-in when I was asked to pay the full price of the stay when I was expecting only to pay the balance. This misleading information from Expedia created an unpleasant first impression at the hotel. The hotel has old facilities, which are reasonably well maintained. The beds were comfortable and the amenities in the room, water a refrigerator, and a kettle with very much appreciated. Staff were helpful and friendly."

"Cardiff was excellent to me. the food was great the customer service was out if this world excellent. No where in Jamaica have i gotten such great customer service. i enjoyed my stay and planning to do it again in december when i visit."

"Not as expected. Staff are very pleasant and well groomed. Nothing was open. Pool was never cleaned had to wait to get in and when it did get cleaned it rained. Not much food to choose from."
