We went shopping at the outlet mall and left 2 pair of sneakers and a hoodie in the room. Called the hotel and they said they checked the lost and found and nothing was there. They said that they would check with housekeeping to see if anything was left in the room and they would call me back. When we left, housekeeping was cleaning the room across the hall now our items are missing and nowhere to be found. In addition, we were awoken at 5am to loud noised outside that sounded like gunshots. Not sure if they were or not, but it happened 5-6 times. I can get past the noise, but I am upset about my items that miraculously disappeared. "

"Make sure your room is not near the ice machine. The rooms look nice, but have no sound proofing whatsoever. You can hear neighbors flush their toilets and cough in their rooms. If you are near the ice machine it will keep you up OR wake you up during the night. I would never stay here again. "
