"Everything we expected. Great location for Niagara Falls, Airport, Down Town, and NFL football stadium. Host communication was on-point. Very clean and had all of the needed essentials."

"For the good, A/C works, stove worked, refrigerator worked. Unfortunately everything else was subpar, I believe it was rated excellent quality on Expedia due to scam accounts inflating the quality. I was charged in Euros meaning it was even pricier than expected. The room was dirty, really the whole building looks like its rarely cleaned. If the price were $50~$70 it would be acceptable but due to the high rating and the room costing double that amount a night I felt scammed and would not...

"Very clean, basic studio apt. Excellent communication from owner. Good location"

"Overall property was great and spacious. Wonderful large rooms for family gathering without feeling cramped. Adequate seating for all of us. Quiet and safe neighborhood, plenty of people outside walking. Close proximity to a grocery store, pizza place, and ice cream."

"When we pulled into the driveway and saw the rental in real time we were a little concerned it would be too small but we were pleasantly pleased with the inside spaces. Plenty of bedrooms for a larger family. The living/kitchen area was a bit small. Had a very cozy feeling but on the second floor there was two bedrooms with a rather large 2nd living room. Very clean home. Beautifully decorated. Very functional for our needs. Location suited our plans. "

"This was my second time staying here and still such an amazing time! So many sleeping spaces and an air mattress available if needed. Host is incredibly friendly and easy to communicate with. Such a perfect place to get friends together :) Will definitely be coming back in the summer for the hot tub & pool!"

"Altamente recomendada, se pasa un una estancia confortable cómoda"

"Host supplied shampoo body wash laundry soap. the only one down fall was only a double bed in the room with a bathroom for 2 of us was tight. and the one room with a queen bed in it did not have a closet. Maybe install something that could hang off the door maybe? also put a tv in all bedrooms not only 2.other than that, had a great stay. Host was GREAT"

"Room and bathroom was old and dirty, with very bad smell. Bed was not clean. Towels were old."
