"Need to do much better on customer service and room need to be more clean the floor was dirty that if when walk on it sock I’m sock was dirty and toilet was linking walking. When you call the front desk the lady that answers the phone just hang up on you just poor service"

"One of our rooms was given to someone else before we arrived so we had to get a roll bed brought to our room instead of two queen beds as we paid for. I have not been compensated for this after complaining to management."

"It was a step up from another hotel I tried to stay at. It’s not perfect but it’s comfortable enough to sleep. Staff was amazing and nice oh and love the fact they have a many snack rack in lobby so when I had a sugar craving I went at midnight to get one."
