"The Classic Kiwi Batch was clean, comfortable and very warm for our winter stay. Ocean View is a great spot, nice and quiet with easy access to the city and surrounds. Would love to return to see the upgrades that were commencing right after we left."

"Really enjoyed the location. Was able to take long walks on the beach while still being close to Dunedin for access to its restaurants. House was large enough for multiple adults and had both washer and dryer which was convenient as this was a stop in a longer trip. We really appreciated the electronic keypad entry since we had people coming and going on different schedules. Would definitely stay hear again if I was ever in the area."

"Lovely location very close to a beautiful cove, golden sand and turquoise sea. Well equipped, homely holiday house with plenty of space and a private garden. "Wonderful secluded retreat near the ocean - almost new condition - has everything you could want in terms of amenities and short walk to a remote beach with so few people you will likely not see anyone else. Beaches are not for swimming - but for walking and admiring the ocean. Great place to recharge and relax. There is a gravel road off the highway to access the property (drive takes about 20 mins but conditions is good). "

"Lovely property and Nicky is very helpful and easy to communicate with. Tennis court is great place for kids to play on scooters. Easy walk to the beach. Property is fenced and at the end of a quiet street."
