"The motel is old but is under new ownership. They are renovating all the rooms and the property. The rooms are very clean and the staff helpful. This is a good 1 night stop over for now. It should be much better when renovations are complete."

Great place - great location!
"It is a lovely place to stay, right by Cap Rock Canyon. Close to town, and yet peacefully in the country. If I am ever in this neck of the woods again, I would definitely stay here! The gas fireplace is a wonderful touch."
