I booked this place thinking it was a different place that I rented the last time I was in Clarenville. I believe they are taken care of by the same people. The unit was clean and the common kitchen was well equipped. Just be aware there are stairs in case that might be a problem for you. Other than that stay was good room was clean. Price was good.

Great place for the price. It was clean and comfortable. The sofa bed isnt great for 2 adults - but for 1 adult or 1 adult and a small child it was great.

This is a good stop off point going to St Johns. Nothing fancy! Has what you need and very clean and new upkeep as far as the furnishings and decorating! Had fridge, comfortable bed, shower, and tv.

Bed was terrible but after a couple of phone calls the bed got replaced by a new one. However the new one was a double, comfortable but not great for a couple. Couldn't get the single coffe maker to work. Good location.

Room clean. Easy checkin. Should be instructions on a/c. I found the remote control in the morning. Bed was terrible. Uncomfortable and very noisy. Just passing by for 1 night so it did its job.

First of all I booked the room then while checking with someone as to my code to get into the building a lady from across the road came to us looking for a ride to the bank she told us she had her back broke and couldn't walk. We went to our room and everything looked good and was clean. We then went out for supper and to take a look around. When we got back and settled in for the night we discovered the bed was not very comfortable and very small for a couple. We decided to pull out the bed from the couch and there were no sheets just 2 blankets so we made that do. Around 4:30AM we were woken by someone banging on the door downstairs, they were there for quite a while. When my partner looked out the window the lady who had asked for a ride when we arrived was walking down the steps. We decided at 5 we should get up and get out before something else arose from across the street possibly a crack house as traffic was going back and forth there all night. Then came shower time well no hot water you would bath an infant in warmer water than was coming from the hot water tap. The saying is you get what you pay for well I didn't get what I paid for! I just wanted a quiet night, a good night's sleep and a hot shower in the morning that's not much to ask for.

The location was convenient and suited our purposes. The room was clean; however, the bed had a dip in the middle that you rolled into when sleeping. We didn’t use the kitchen like we had planned. There were workers staying there and the kitchen was a bit of a mess and the microwave was dirty inside. The washer and dryer were convenient. FYI it costs $1.25. One $ and 1 quarter. I reached out to the management and never received an answer.

The stay was okay and the room was clean, with a comfortable bed, but maintenance and communication issues were disappointing. Room & Amenities: The futon frame was broken, making it unusable, and the admin said no one could be sent to fix it. There were no chairs or tables in the room (only in the common kitchen). The TV showed only one channel, and the remote had an unusual design with no instructions, making it hard to navigate. Kitchen: The common kitchen was spacious, well-equipped, and had a large sitting area. Plenty of Keurig pods were supplied, but there was no Keurig machine—only a drip maker with filters. We had to empty ground coffee from the pods into the filters to make coffee. Whitener was available. Check-in & Lock Issues: The door code system needs major improvement. The code was sent at the last minute, which was stressful given the very sketchy cellular signal in the area. Worse, the code was for the wrong date and didn't work. We managed to call the admin while standing outside to get the right code, but if our phone battery had died, we would have been stranded. Lock codes should be confirmed in advance and sent to guests at least a couple of days before arrival. Overall, it works as a basic place to sleep, but management needs to address maintenance, clear instructions, and a far more reliable check-in process.

The place has nice interior, very clean, quiet. The only complaint was trying to get in place. They never sent code and the number i had to call didnt work. We had to guess the code to get in building. Then we didnt have room number so trying all the rooms to put in code. The other prople there seem to have the same problem.
