"The property is aware of complaints resulting from the facility fee, but isn't trying to clarify the hidden fee. When explanation was requested, they didn't offer to waive the fee (charged per day, not per stay), they only offered to cancel the booking. Expedia is not clear that this fee is mandatory and billed separately."

"الفندق قديم جدا جدا جدا وأرجوكم لاتصدقون الصور فكلها خدعه وكذبه الاستقبال سيّء جدا جدا لايحترم النزلاء الممرات جدا ضيقه وصغيره والمصعد صغير جدا وقديم جدا وسعره مبالغ فيه جدا فقط قريب من التايم سكوير جدا"

"Good location. Small rooms."

"The room was clean, staff is helpful, nice, and always available. This is the best place I’ve ever stayed at in NYC, and I’ll definitely go back."

"The central location was very convenient and made it easy to get around. However, the soundproofing was poor, and it was quite noisy late at night and into the early morning, sometimes as late as 2 am. Light sleepers may want to keep this in mind. Also, we were required to pay a cleaning fee at check-in and could not check in without paying it."

"Nos encantó el departamento, estaba muy céntrico, el metro nos quedaba a unos metros. Tenía todo lo necesario para cocinar. El precio para las fechas que necesitamos estaba muy bien. Excelente todo."

"Great location for all your needs. Very quiet which was a huge bonus. Great communicaton was most helpful ."

"The host was difficult to reach and choose to communicate by text instead of using the VRBO site. It was really hot in New York and the AC didn't quite do the job."

"We had a great time and enjoyed the space. Plenty of room for our party of 4. Comfy beds and chairs. Hot water with strong water pressure for fantastic showers. Blinds kept out the light and it was a pretty quiet location. Service was great all around."

"Clean property. Great location."

"The space worked perfectly for 4 adults. The location was excellent to walk to local attractions, food spots and public transportation. The main bedroom was very spacious. We’d definitely stay here again in the future!"

"This place was absolutely amazing. With an absolutely beautiful view. During the early evening hours it is lively , smells delicious of the foods , friendly people. Very busy though. But when it’s time for it to shut down/930-10 pm it is VERY quiet . The place was easy to find. It DOES NOT have a living room which is okay with us because we weren’t there to sit around. The bed was comfy , the water pressure in the shower was absolutely AMAZING , and it was a nice location. There is parking on...
