Great vibes, great service and loved the food. Will be back !

The resort was the perfect size, many restaurants to choose from, and the staff was very friendly.

Great stay!

The only bad experience I had was with my check in time which was for 3pm and the room wasn’t ready for me to check into until after 4 pm that’s my only issue

Kingsbird is an excellent place to stay. Once you get there, you are welcomed as if you were family, and treated as such throughout you stay; Natalie, KIngsley and Natalia were wonderful Hosts. They greet you with beautiful smiles every time they see you, always ensuring that you are OK and in need of nothing. They are knowledgeable locally, so anything you need done, they can "hook you up"; will stay with them next time I visit Jamaica. Thanks for the hospitality! Robert

Our stay was great. I would give this property 10 stars!! Natoya and her family went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Natoya reached out to me about a week before our stay, and she constantly communicated with me to make sure our needs were met during our stay. The villa was amazing, and is located in a gated community. It was more than enough to accommodate my family of five. We chose the all inclusive option which included meals, and the food was amazing. My kids are still talking...

Cute and Clean. I would rent again

This place is amazing very nice and professional service. Good vibes very clear. The employees were on the top of everything. Also very delicious food. I love the fact that they have room service all day and night. I definitely recommend Bahia Principe luxury. I’ll definitely go back. Thank y’all for making us had a wonderful vacation!

EXCELLANT

We arrived at the hotel quite tired from traveling. The owner and her assistant welcomed us in a friendly manner and provided a quick lunch although we arrived a little before the normal check in time. The room was excellent. We had several meals there and the food was very tasty. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation.

What a find! One of the nicest, friendliest staff we've ever encountered. The owner Sonia, even came by and greeted everyone in the vicinity. Room was comfortable, roomy, clean. Many places to relax and enjoy the ambiance. Oh so picturesque, nestled in such lush tropical landscaping. Will definitely go there again

I took my 22 month old daughter with me on this trip and it was excellent. The staff were great, friendly and very professional. The food was excellent! My room was the best, I had a great view of the ocean from my patio! The trees were next to the patio so that breeze felt so good. Every morning my daughter got up and head straight to the patio. The house keeper, Lisa took excellent care of us! Loved it! Definitely going back with my son. Thank You Cardiff staff for a great time!

Excellent property, incredible view. Great host.

Great experience

Loved the peacefulness. Includes continental breakfast; unexpected full breakfast on Sunday morning! Great hospitality!!!

The room was good; I happened to be located near the restaurant. The room had everything I needed, and the staff was able to bring me a fold-out, portable bed/cot. It also contained Wi-Fi, AC (mainly focused in the bedroom), hot/cold water, fridge, and a microwave. The staff was great. Shout-outs in particular to Annette and Gladis who worked with me on some requests that I had. Some of which were solid favors that really helped me out! Continued hugs to both of you! The restaurant was...

PROS - Staff. Service. Breakfast. Location. Clean. Views. Comfort. Bathroom. Balconies. CONS - Location. Amenities. I LOVED my stay. Check-in and Check-out was a Breeze. Our flight landed late and we had a few errands to run before arriving So with couple of phone calls & texts I was able to checkin super late (which I apologize & appreciate your patience with me). Breakfast was delicious Everyday. The View from the balcony in the bedroom was so Beautiful. The...
