"We arrived on Friday but I suppose we weren’t aware it was upstairs. Having the a/c on to cool off the house would have been so awesome. It took quite a while for the home to cool off , and the second bedroom was “comfortable” bet never really was cool. "This upstairs unit is a spotless, snug apartment in a central location to all Sacramento has to offer. Cautions - This is a building from the 1890s. The off street parking is a plus, but be warned, it is as narrow as advertised. The interior stairs are steep and a bit irregular. We didn't have a problem, but thought they were worth mentioning. However personally I had issues with the fact that the sheets didn't smell clean.There was hair on the bed and no it was not mine and the Snacks on the coffee table were expired. "The studio was a very nice and comfortable place to stay. All the amenities you need are available, kitchen was full size and living area was comfortable and worked well for the visit. Host (Noah) was always available and quick to respond if any questions needed answered. Very convenient to UC Davis Medical Center, my purpose this trip.
