"Rooms are old but clean. It was confusing to get to and hotel is split. It was an okay stay, it was quiet. Pool is old but open early and later. I wouldn't actively choose to stay at this hotel again, but I wouldn't be upset to stay again if the price was right. An over "meh' experience"

"Hotel very dark and dingy, bad musty smell in the room. No provisions for anyone who has trouble walking or using a walker. Handicap parking spot leads to a walkway that doesn't have a ramp, other door has a raised lip that you can't get over either. Door opening to the bathroom isn't wide enough either. Poor design and not laid out well. If you are looking for a comfortable night stay go across the street to the Comfort Inn , The Luxury Inn overcharges and a couple people staying in the room got mysterious bites on their feet and ankles. Consider yourself warned."

"Unfortunately, this hotel room was not worth the price paid. The room was noticeably dirty upon arrival, with carpets that appeared not to have been cleaned in quite some time. There were visible stains on the sheets, which was both disappointing and concerning from a cleanliness standpoint. For the rate charged, I expected a much higher standard of housekeeping and overall room maintenance. I would not stay here again unless significant improvements are made to the cleanliness of the rooms."

"We stayed here for a girls weekend and it was such a great hotel and location We had two rooms for the three of us and we would mostly hang out in one room. We both had the same room, it was the one King bed with kitchenette. Each building has all the same rooms in it. In the kitchen that came with a coffee maker, a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster, a tea, pot, and a kettle. The mini fridge either has a full fridge and a small freezer inside or it has a split fridge freezer. The room came fully stocked with Four sets of cutlery, coffee, mugs, glasses, dinner, plates, small plates, bowls, beer, mugs. It had scissors and a few serving spoons. Sponge dish soap and dishwasher. Pods were refreshed every day, as well as the coffee and tea. Atrium comes with a balcony or deck, with two Muskoka chairs, and one hammock The bed has a sealable mattress cover so bedbugs can’t get in The location is right across from the blue Mountain Village and it’s a five minute walk There’s an adult pool and hot tub as well as a family pool. And they leave pool towels in your room. Overall, it was an excellent stay and the property was super clean and convenient. If you have a bottle for you near the parking lot, you have an option to use your patio door to exit and enter, which was so handy."

"Hate to complain, but...... When you list a pool and hot tub I counted on using them. 2 days that I was there neither was working. The walls were so thin between units the gentleman next door woke me snoring. He was not loud and I sleep pretty soundly. You could hear the people having a regular conversation. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the amenities were nice. I just have a problem with advertised features that always seem to be down."
