Spacious country home with great location near Georgia Pacific Wauna Mill.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Very quiet neighborhood with beautiful country setting just minutes away from the Columbia River and Jones Beach.

Long term renters preferred- substantial discount for long term stays. High speed 900 Mbps WiFi.

Only 8 minutes from Georgia Pacific paper mill and 35 minutes from Astoria. 4 miles from Clatskanie for shopping and dining. Easy 12 mile commute to Portland General Electric (Port Westward PGE).

This is a two story house, one bedroom and bathroom are on the main level. Patio/deck off master bedroom. The second bedroom and bathroom are upstairs.

The garage is not included but entire house and yard is accessible to guests.

Please do not park on any part of the lawn at any time. Parking is in front of the garage only. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

We do not allow pets.
No smoking indoors.

There are steps to get into house and one bedroom and bathroom are located upstairs.

Very quiet neighborhood on dead end street with easy access to Highway 30.

Meeting friends in Clatskanie. House was right distance out of town. Great for walks by the woods and visiting Astoria and Longview.
