"I would have given it an excellent review however we were not told the pool amenity was not allowed to be used due to inspection not completed. One of the biggest reason it was chosen was for the pool. My children were very upset. I was too. I think we should not have been charged for this amenity or should have received a discount. Or we should have been told up front before we booked room."

"The first room, the door would not open. He gave me a second room and the room was filthy. Floor was not sweep or mopped, vanity mirror was smeared, television was out, but the hotel down the street had television, a fragrant odor that was strong, and the bed didn't look inviting. I checked out and went to another hotel. I would like a refund on my visit."

"Our room had a terrible smell. When we asked about changing rooms because of the smell, we were told that they were sold out. They didn't have another pillow so that my son could have 2 pillows for the pull-out. We also were not given a bath mat. The blinds didnt work and had little holes in them (and there was a wash cloth stuck at the top of the blinds?). When I asked about the guarantee that hangs for customers to read by the front desk (it says something about how they will make it right or the night is on them), I was suddenly told that they could switch my room. They offered to first bring in a "machine" to take out the smell. This did seem to help for a little while, but the smell was back that night. We stayed for 2 nights. I messaged the hotel again about the smell. They did not offer to make things right. I paid my $214 a night, but I will not be back. Not a good experience."
