"Generally good"

"Air conditioning was not working. Room was HOT. No one was working the front desk in the morning. Sign on counter said to ring bell…a Ring doorbell. When asked if anyone was working the front desk, response heard on Ring was, “I am.” When lack of air conditioning was reported, staff said it was “noted”. There was a one inch gap under the door. No pole or hangers in closet to hang clothing. Shower/tub faucet handle in bathroom was just barely hanging on and breakfast seemed to consist of green apples, biscuits, hard boiled eggs, and coffee. Honestly, when I walked over to the “dining area” and saw those few things, I did not look for more. Oh, there was a fully stocked jar of cookies on the front desk counter."

"Room was clean, but the AC unit was noisy. The breakfast was okay but the room where we ate needed a more thorough cleaning. Overall rating of good."

"They overbooked our queen room and put us in a single bed. In two rooms. Absolutely no amenities, no bed cover- only sheets, awful stay."

"We had to leave very early but the breakfast area looked good. This motel has no elevator! Could be a major problem for some folks. Only 2 floors but if you are on floor 2, it’s stairs all the way. Ice maker not working on floor 2. Would be considerate to notify guests before they get upstairs then have to return for ice. Very difficult to communicate with desk clerk who has heavy accent. No Wi-Fi? Not sure never found the password."
