"After our flight from MIA to PHL arrived four hours late, we didn't get to the hotel until 3:00 AM. Embassy Suites saved the night by sending a prompt shuttle to pick us up. By the time we checked in after 4:00 AM, we were exhausted and had decided to take a later connecting flight just to sleep in. The front desk clerk was incredibly honest and warned us that a fire alarm test was scheduled for 8:00 AM. While we weren't thrilled at the prospect, the hotel must have handled it perfectly because the alarm never actually went off, allowing us to get some much-needed, uninterrupted rest. Our room was wonderfully clean and comfortable. The only minor downside was that the complimentary breakfast closes at 9:30 AM. Because we slept in, it barely gave me enough time to grab food for my wife and myself—they were actually shutting it down as I was plating our meals! I do wish it stayed open just a bit longer for late arrivals. Still, with an 11:00 AM checkout and another seamless, free shuttle ride back to the airport, this hotel turned a stressful travel delay into a great stay. We would absolutely stay here again!"

"Front desk was great. Reservation had no problems. Delighted you have ESPN —I’m a huge Chicago Bears fan and didn’t want to miss the game. First thing i checked on was the TV working properly. Happy to say yes it was, and the Bears won big time. The bed was very comfortable. Overall the stay was short but satisfying. Thank you ( and Go Bears)!!"

"Such a nice greeting with a warm cookie. Room was comfortable & it was so nice being able to grab a drink or snack in the lobby. Friends staying across the street at a much more expensive hotel had to come to my/this hotel to get food and drinks as theirs had nothing for their diabetic guest."
