"Excellent, clean property. It did need some more kitchen items (like a cutting board, more than three cups and plates, etc.). Also, not a deal breaker, but the tree in the backyard is infested with spotted lantern flies and they dripped honey dew (a maple syrup-like all substance they excrete). Our car was covered in it, and needed a car wash because the windows were hard to see out of. Still, the state of RI will take care of this. Other than that, excellent host, excellent stay. "Our stay was okay overall. We were assigned a basement apartment, which are very small. Unfortunately, the bed and pillows were not comfortable, and we noticed a few strands of hair on the bed sheets. Being in the basement, we could hear a lot of noise from both above and neighboring units, which made it difficult to fully relax."
