From the moment you walk in the door you’ll feel right at home in this luxurious four bedroom townhome. The main living area boasts a fully stocked granite kitchen with stainless appliances and a gas cooktop. The dining table expands to seat 8 comfortably with an additional 2 at the kitchen bar. The comfortable couches and chairs offer a relaxing spot to watch your favorite show or just warm up around the cozy gas fireplace.

Great winter getaway

We loved the location of this property! We were able to walk to the sledding hill. We also loved how many bathrooms there were and the kitchen was well stocked.

This was a fabulous property. Very clean, great location. We came for a horse show and were always super excited to come home to this house. The kitchen was fully stocked, and beautiful!

Great house and location

We loved our stay at Big Bear. The house had ample room and furnishings, and is in a great location in Suncadia (next door to the Prospector Golf Course and across the street from the Lodge). Ownership was helpful and easy to deal with. We definitely want to go back.

Suncadia Fun

Always enjoy our visit to Suncadia. The townhome was large, spacious and we really enjoyed all the little extras. Like the bikes, pool noodles and games.
