Staff at check in and out were friendly. Our room was clean. The bath tub looked new and towels were newer and not worn. Bed was comfortable but pillows were not supportive. I would stay here again.

This hotel was a wonderful surprise at the end of a travel day. The hotel was clean, beds comfortable, the pool was great, and the staff helpful and friendly. It's also close to everything we needed in Cle Elum. The only small issue is the towels, (scratchy and stiff) which probably means they have reached old age and it might be time to replace.

Pleasantly surprised by all of the extra niceties during our stay! There were fresh basked cookies and coffee/tea upon arrival and a nice breakfast spread in the morning. The property was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend!

I loved everything about the property and location. The only thing I had a problem with was how easy it was for my room key to get demagnetized. At times I just left the room key in my car when I went out and by the time I got back to the hotel I had to go to the front desk and have them fix the room key. I unfortunately did that 3 or 4 times. But everything else was wonderful, including the fresh baked cookies they make!

We had a great one night stay at the best Western Snow cap Lodge in Cle Elum! The room was very clean the beds very comfortable. We used the hot tub in pool, which was a nice way to end the night and the convenience of their breakfast in the morning was perfect before we had to get on our way looking forward to our stay next month

The rooms were very clean. The shower was quite technical, and there were two in a single tub. Very spacious room and great variety in breakfast. We stayed only for a single night, but I wouldn't have minded an extended vacation because of the place.

Everyone in our party was impressed with this hotel. It far exceeded our expectations for Best Western. Nice breakfast, enjoyable pool and hot tub. Spacious, clean rooms. Not too noisy despite there being many young kids staying at the same time. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

The hotel was conveniently located to walk into the restaurant and shopping hub of Cle Elum and just 3 miles to Roslyn through the beautiful forest. There is the Coal Mine Trail a block away that made for a nice mule in and mile back in the evening. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was adequate.
