Yes! The home includes a comfortable office with a desk and a high-speed WiFi, making it perfect for remote work and video calls.

➤ Can we bring more than 16 guests?
Unfortunately, no. To ensure comfort and safety, we strictly limit occupancy to 16 guests.

The Neighborhood:
Old Grove Retreat is located within Suncadia Resort which is known for its beautiful and peaceful surroundings, and incredible outdoor activities including golfing, kayaking, hiking, biking, cross-country skiing, with trails starting right outside your door. Three golf courses, a spa, a winery, parks and playgrounds, ice skating, and tubing, axe throwing, archery, horse-back riding, river rafting, fly fishing and more are just a few minutes' drive away, while the historic towns of Roslyn and Cle Elum offer delicious dining experiences.

Getting Around:
A car is recommended for getting around Suncadia, Roslyn and Cle Elum. Guests will find public parking just steps away from the front door. Please note: no street parking is permitted.

Other Things to Note:
PRE-ARRIVAL ID VERIFICATION: Guests will be asked to complete a pre-arrival form and ID verification upon booking confirmation.

WHAT PET FRIENDLY UPON REQUEST MEANS: Blue Sky Retreats reserves the right to approve each pet request and charge an additional fee of up to $250.

SUNCADIA AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO OUR GUESTS:
* Events at the Nelson Farm Preserve and Dawson Park such as the Fall Festival, Farmer's Markets, Battista Park and more.
* Basketball, tennis and pickleball courts
* Ice Skating, snow tubing, Nordic Skiing weather permitting
* Any of the restaurants or bars at the lodge, Swiftwater Winery or the Inn
* The Glade Spring Spa
* Golf (including a free par 3 area near the winery)
* Suncadia Social
* Equipment rentals (e-bikes, bikes, scooters, paddleboards, etc)
* Miles and miles of hiking and biking trails

RESTRICTIONS INCLUDE:
*Pool/ Fitness - We are unable to provide access to the Suncadia Swim + Fitness centers, including the Nelson Farm Pool, which is reserved exclusively for members. These restrictions are due to Suncadia policies that are outside of our control. You will not be charged an $80 to $110 nightly "resort fee" when renting this vacation home.
* Suncadia policies prohibit all-terrain vehicles and snowmobiles.

HOUSEHOLD ESSENTIALS PROVIDED
* We provide a starter supply of household essentials to get you comfortably settled in. This includes dish soap, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, laundry pods or sheets, and bath products (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash).
* You’ll also find basic kitchen staples such as salt, pepper, tea, coffee, creamer, hot chocolate, and K-cups. These are provided in amounts intended to last about two to three days, depending on usage; guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies needed for the rest of their stay.
* For linens, we provide towels, washcloths, and hand towels for each guest, along with sheets, pillowcases, comforters, and/or blankets for each bed. For longer stays or heavier use, guests can refresh everything using the in-home washer and dryer. Please avoid overfilling the washing machine so the spin cycle works properly, and the drum is not damaged.

GOOD NEIGHBOR PROTECTION PROGRAM
This home resides in a noise-sensitive area, and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor Protection Program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant and only monitors the level of decibels and number of devices. It does not record or listen to any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Interaction with Guests:
We respect your privacy, and we’re always available if you need us! Feel free to reach out anytime with questions or if you’d like recommendations—we’re happy to help. We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-Star experience. Guests will be provided with a startup supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. If your stay is longer than a few days you will need to bring these items with you.
