Outside:
Located in a forested neighborhood set back from the road, this bright two story home boasts a large deck that overlooks the Yakima River. On the deck is a large hot tub, BBQ, patio heater, and propane fire pit. We provide yard games and a comfortable seating area for our gueats to enjoy. We also have a game with a pool table, shuffle board and fuse ball.

Inside:
1st Floor
The 1st floor has a Spacious Kitchen with stunning white floors, marbled counters tops and an island eating area. It has all of the modern convinces, is well stocked and perfect for family and friends to have plenty of space to move about.

The kitchen leads to the and Laundry Area with W/D, coat rack, shoe storage and cozy guest house slippers. Connected is the Bathroom.

The Downstairs Bathroom is a good sized with a marbled counter, a shower, sink and toilet. You'll find that fluffy white towels, body wash, shampoo and conditioner are available to you. The bathroom leads to the 2nd bedroom.

The 2nd Bedroom has a queen size bed and a bunk bed (storage drawers) plus a small dresser. This room has a hidden door behind a thick custom built bookshelf. We call this room the Harry Potter Room (see photos) the hidden door leads to the living room.

The Living Room faces a wall of windows overlooking the Yakima river and a large deck. The living room has a velvet sectional that seats 8 and a has a queen sleeper bed. A large coffee table plus a library and a reclining leather reading chair. Connected to the living room is the dining room.

The Dining Room also faces the wall of windows overlooking the river and the deck. The stunning wide wooden table seats 8 with upholstered comfy chairs to relax and chat in. Also a good area to play board games or work. The dining room then leads back to the kitchen.

2nd Floor:
The second floor has the Master Bedroom Suite which has a king bed with vintage Drexel nightstand and dressers. It also has a walk-in closet! There is a small deck that looks over the front of the house. The master bathroom is completely marbled, with a jacuzzi bath tub and a large glass block shower; a separate toilet room and sink.
