"I had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was very nice and clean, from the rooms to the common areas. The staff was friendly and made sure everything was well taken care of. It was comfortable, well-maintained, and I would definitely stay here again. I didn’t like was the checkout experience. Checkout is at 11:00 AM, yet housekeeping knocked on my door at 9:30 AM to ask about my departure, which woke me up earlier than expected. It felt a bit rushed and could be improved by better coordination with guests’ checkout times."

"The staff at this hotel went above and beyond. The two nights I was there I was sick and there to get evaluated by MD Anderson, your lovely hostess at the front and her friend prayed for me and made me feel comfortable. The next day I happen to stop the cleaning lady to ask for a blanket because I was freezing. She came into the room could figure out why the thermostat would not go higher. She got someone else and they both came to look at it and fixed it for me and forever grateful for the kindness your staff show. "
