This hotel was a little old and worn feeling, but the room was good. It had a comfortable bed, good wifi and the staff were friendly. The room we had (130) could have used better lighting. It was a good value value accommodation.

This was a good place to stay as you’re traveling. An overnight, I wouldn’t stay longer. Plus, they said there was breakfast, and there wasn’t. They have a nice little nook area for breakfast, there just was no food during breakfast hours. So I had to go and buy breakfast when I got back on the road again. I make sure all my hotels serve breakfast an Expedia’s app, and they were not serving any. I guess I will be calling places to confirm this.

The staff were friendly. We had a 1 queen room and it was roomy. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. It was a good location with lots of restaurants within walking distance. There was no noise from outside, so we slept well. The breakfast was your typical free breakfast: waffles, cereal, pastries, bagels, coffee, juice and boiled eggs. It was nice for the price. I deducted one star, because the refrigerator was not working. We would stay again.

The bed was comfortable and price good. Dish tv worked good. BUT the many black small hairs in the sink made me wonder if the room had been clean? I don't see how one could miss that! This am, the waffle grill was heated but there was no waffle mix? Bagels and bread were in a covered container on a table vs in the display case. Sunday must be their day off.

This is hardly a 5-star room BUT I didn't need a fancy room because I was busy at the SURF DISTRICT & BALLROOM & barely there. I gave this room an EXCELLENT because it offered what I truly NEEDED. 1.A FABULOUS HOT, GREAT PRESSURE SHOWER, 2. Enjoyable free breakfast & COFFEE, 3. PET FRIENDLY, 4. VERY friendly staff. The owners/managers (probably hubby & wife) did everything possible to make my stay pleasant. I have traveled all over the country, stayed in 5-star hotels & dives as well. The shower here was THE BEST I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. THANK YOU!!

The staff were wonderful. We got caught in the blizzard Sunday Dec 28. I 35 was closed at the clear lake exit and I booked us a room at Americas best value inn. There was a long line up of people hoping to get a room. The staff stayed calm and polite as one by one they got us all checked in. The next morning there was a lovely breakfast and hot coffee all ready for us. The lady that was doing everything (from what I could tell) was so friendly and hard working. I would stop at this hotel again.
