TV in both rooms but you can not use them. No phone in room to even call the front desk. Guest party in the hallway2-3 am. The only good thing the young girl at the front desk was very pleasant. "

"This hotel is in the core of Collingwood, walking distance to restaurants, shops, LCBO, & grocery store. The room was beautifully decorated, convenient and free parking, VERY clean (which is always a dealbreaker of mine when i read reviews), great key system (works with your phone) and the staff were friendly. Cons: we found the room very small (2 adults, 2 young kids) and no microwave (but awesome sized mini fridge!). Overall we had a great stay, the beds were comfy and we all got a good night...
