"My wife and I stayed here and everything was great. The house itself is pretty small but perfect for 2 people. Everything inside was very clean and up to date for the most part. They had everything we needed for the beach (chairs, umbrella, and cooler). It's about as close to the beach as you can get without actually being on the beach. Maybe 100 yards max to the sand. "The place was very clean, comfortable . We liked that it was one level, no stairs. Love animals but have become allergic so No pet dander was a huge plus! The Set up of the cottage, pool area, walking distance to beach and the strip was very nice! I would definitely stay again! The only issues we had was that the toilet was not installed correctly. It was very wobbly! It made a noise when you sat down and even louder noise when you got up. Was tough trying to be quiet when our baby was napping...

"Vince is a very attentive owner/caring. As the listing says, there is a major project going on with the building. One must be prepared for some days it is very loud and distracting. Not all days, but some days were very loud . It’s not anything to blame the owner for and we knew the patio wasn’t available. Having said that it’s a very nice place , beautiful pool and spa.
