"Such welcoming staff as soon as you drive in. Someone was there to greet you out front and direct you to the parkade. The front desk Ethan was super friendly and helpful. The room was basic but had everything we needed. The pool and beach area was pristine. Overall we wished that we could have stayed longer, thank you."

"Loved the laid back and down-to-Earth feel of the Beachview Inn. Exactly what we were looking for. Sandwiched in between mega hotels with no personality (other than an elitist vibe), the Beachview Inn was welcoming, had better beach views, beach access, and relaxing energy than the mega hotels. The staff were kind and friendly. The room itself was very clean and large especially considering the price point for the area! The hotel is older and shows its age, but I liked that aspect. The only negative is that it is surrounded by local open-air restaurants with bars that stay open late. Although great for access to food (Frenchy's is fantastic!), it was not so great on Saturday night with the noise level from people partying into the late night/early morning. Had I known, I would have brought a pair of ear plugs. The mattresses were also on the firm side. I would definitely stay there again! (and bring ear plugs to block out the local noise). If you are into designer labels, bragging to others, and "putting on airs" - this hotel is probably NOT going to make you happy. Of course, if you are that type of person, you probably are not even looking at this hotel to begin with! If you are like me and enjoy friendly people, good food, beautiful views, and cleanliness - this is the place! "

"First time in Clearwater with my almost five year old and my husband. Loved the kitchenette and the tub in our room along with the heated pool. The surrounding restaurants were a bit loud in the evening but overall it was a comfortable stay and we would absolutely stay here again."

"Although this property is old it is very clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. We had an excellent view of the gulf, the sunset was amazing. Hopefully, we will come back in the Spring"
