"We got down graded with no reimbursement. Had one working elevator had to take stairs on my wife and my wedding night due to could not get on cause so many people waiting for 25 minutes just to go up 10 flights of stairs in a wedding dress. For almost $400 for a room we didn’t even get we should have been refunding the amount for the down grade overall not very happy"
