"Great week-long stay at the Grand Copthorne. The room had a great view and all of the staff were so kind and helpful. We used the car service from the airport and it was excellent - easy to find our driver and a seamless transition to the hotel. The beds/pillows are on the firmer side. We loved the breakfast - so many delicious options! Try to go early in the morning because it gets busy. The location was fantastic - a 5 minute walk to the Havelock metro station, 10 minutes to the Great World metro/mall, and a few minutes to the waterfront area which has so many amazing restaurant options. We would absolutely stay here again!"
