"I would like to start by saying that the house was extremely clean. The owners were also extremely nice. How did I get to meet the owners you ask? Allow me to explain. Check in was at 3pm; when we didnt get a code for the door I started calling VRBO. I was told they werent able to reach the owners & to wait an hour. Called back after an hour & they still couldnt get the owners. After 3 calls to VRBO they agreed to pay for a hotel. We were close to the house so we decided to stop by & the lockbox...

"Absolutely spotless and adorable cottage with tons of room, with a layout that makes it appear more spacious than its stated square footage. The decor is cozy and welcoming, with board games galore in the living room. Loved the spacious dining table with bench. Both showers are gigantic and tiled beautifully. We chose the dual-head shower in the spacious back bedroom, which easily holds 2 queen beds and furniture, as we chose to sleep there instead of the front bedroom. The mattress was very...

"The host was very accommodating and communicated well. The house was recently remodeled and very clean. The yard in front and back is large and covered in grass, very nice for pets. The description as minimalist is accurate. There are standard appliances, two beds, equipped bathrooms...that is it...just as advertised. No complaints, just nothing like we have booked before.One note - we only saw a recycle can outside, not a garbage can as we left.If available, we will book again."

"Host was prompt with responses and willing to assist. Sleeping for 10 or 12 if required but semi-comfortable seating for maybe 4 people unless you count dining room seating. Water pressure very low. Outdoor area and deck had nice view but old and could use some TLC with a covered are for rain days. We left a day early and went to a hotel."
