This old millhouse was remodeled this summer to be a modern-day farmhouse with barn doors! The house sits on top of the hill and is a doll of a home! Located only 1.7 miles to Frank Howard Memorial stadium! Of course, this house is decorated with Clemson Memorabilia ! Go Tigers!
Unique Clemson Farmhouse with memorabilia hard wood and tile floors. Tiny home appliances a day bed with a trundle and a queen bed. Sleeps 4 Features and amenities • Light-filled spacious home • Fully equipped kitchen that comes with all essentials for a great home-cooked meal • Backyard Parking • Free parking on the premises (max 2 cars) Things to know • Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation • State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking House rules • NO SMOKING in the unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $1000.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. • Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots • State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking • No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $200 - $500 fine • NO PETS ALLOWED.
