I learned from a local client after our stay how much effort had been put into redeveloping the immediate area by the owners, and now realise how much credit is due to them in keeping the area around the Ironbridge national relic so well kept. Any quibbles about finding the place and the car park are to be expected in such a place, follow the instructions to the letter and it's fine. "We had a lovely stay at The Feathers. Highlights - well appointed, modern room with comfortable bed; central location; extremely helpful and friendly staff; and very dog friendly. We didn't eat dinner or breakfast there so cannot comment on the food or restaurant service. Room for improvement - the room was a bit warm (even on a chilly June day) but by opening the window, it became too noisy. Not sure how such an old building could handle that - but otherwise, we very much enjoyed our stay, would stay again and would recommend to others! "
