I had a perfect mini break! I arrived utterly exhausted after a 12 hours journey and was immediately upgraded! Facilities are excellent, the Spa was immaculate. Food was delicious and generous. The only negative was the need to invest in air conditioning.

A gorgeous hotel in the centre of a small town. It was initially difficult to find and locate the entrance to the underground car park but this turned out to be very convenient and totally safe. Check-in was easy but we were surprised that the best way to reach our room was by going out of the front of the hotel to re-enter by another door. This was not a problem and the lifts were good. The room was excellent, with a nice view of the town square. It was large with a king size bed, and a very nice bathroom. The breakfast buffet in the restaurant was plentiful with a wide selection of hot and cold options. The spa was an added bonus. Overall, a superb hotel.

Very expensive for a tired looking hotel. When you include extra charges for breakfast for a family of 3 it is rather costly. On a postive note the staff were very friendly and helpful

Great hotel in a quaint town.

The spa and breakfast exceeded the expectations. For the spa would have been nice to receive instructions for use at the beginning (for example, bring the towel from the room and at the end of your spa stay exchange it for a clean one). There is parking available but not free. The staff did not make that clear. The parking spots are pretty small. The only downside was the lack of clear communication from all staff.

The facility is clean, comfortable and well maintained. The location is very good for visiting Clairvaux. The staff seemed friendly and tried to provide a good service. The restaurant food was good and the wait staff, although trying and working hard seemed a little confused - I think there were some internal misunderstandings about the hotel procedures among the staff.

Check-in was horrible. AFTER pulling into the parking garage entrance, there's a closed gate and a sign saying"check in first". After calling the front desk, we were grudgingly let into the garage "for just a couple minutes". That seemed rude -- not nearly enough time for us to unload and bring our luggage to the front desk. The hotel is at the end of a pedestrian street, so there's nowhere else to unload. At the front desk we find that "parking available" is a big MAYBE. You're supposed (try to) to reserve parking when you reserve a room. But there's only a couple dozen spaces in the garage, not nearly enough for all the guests. Front desk clerk rattled off the locations of 3 nearby parking lots but did not have maps. Turns out our room was in a separate building, reached by going outside, turning left, door on the left a ways down, before the statue. Glad it didn't rain while we were here. The location was fine for what we planned on doing, neighborhood and restaurants were good,

Very nice hotel. Room was great, comfortable and very clean. Restaurant was outstanding including the service. Great location , reasonable price. The only thing missing was a coffee machine or tea kettle in the room.

Nice hotel

Beautiful hotel and lovely little city. Not the best service however. Slow checkin as there was a large number of people ahead at the reception. Caused us to check in too late to be able to get any food or even a sandwich

Nice hotel

This was a nice hotel. The property is a little tired but not enough to cause a problem. Our room was very clean, big and comfortable. TV worked, but had no English language channels. One criticism would be no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. There was a safe for valuables in the room. The hotel has a good pool and spa centre. Staff in the hotel were friendly and helpful. The area was nice and quite. There are about 4 restaurants right next to the hotel offering a good selection of menus. We managed to park for free just outside the hotel, but spaces are limited. I believe parking in the hotel is approx 15 euros. Overall a nice pleasant comfortable hotel.

The hotel rooms were small but comfortable. There is no air conditioning but a large fan in the room dealt with the heat. The area is quite nice with excellent dining options. We had a little trouble finding it but once we called it was easy.

Brasserie was een ramp, bijna 2u aan tafel, 42 min wachten op hoofdschotel na snel voorgerecht, personeel had geen oog voor onze tafel, 23 min gewacht voor afruimen, dan maar zelf de rekening gaan vragen. Op de koffie die ons als compensatie 45 min tevoor was 'beloofd' hebben wij niet meer gewacht, was het grondig beu. Acoestische isolatie van kamer 306 is abominabel, alle buitengeluiden, de lift naast de kamer maar ook badkamer EN bedgeluiden van kamer 307 en erboven zijn te horen. Douchekraan mag eens ontkalkt worden.

Ved ikke, hvordan dette hotel har fået 4 stjerner. Mit værelse var stort, men gammelt møblement, og badeværelset med rent, men gammelt interiør og kun et håndklæde. Måske jeg var i en gammel del af hotellet. Prisen var meget konkurrencedygtig, så på den måde er det ok. Personen i receptionen ved check-in var ikke specielt imødekommende - nærmest sur. Måske fordi jeg kom sent. Bemærk, at man ikke kan køre helt frem til hotellet, som ligger på en gågade. Står ingen steder, så vidt jeg kunne se
