Lots of queen beds, walkable to West 25th, and there are a few nice bars within a 5 minute walk. Great value!

It has 2 different houses, one front and another back. We couldn't stay together which was the whole purpose of the trip. Parking sucks as we had a 15 seater vehicle. Rooms were very small and hardly have any space left to walk around.

Home in terrible disrepair

I’ve never stayed in a home in such bad repair. for example, a piece of metal threshold between two rooms is taped down with duct tape but not securely. The carpet smells like urine, the flooring is tacky and coming up in places. The first floor fridge did not work well and was missing most of the door shelves. Most rooms are tiny and barely enough room for beds. AC units in the windows were secured with cardboard and duct tape. It is beyond junky. I would never rent it again and can’t believe how much I paid for such a terrible accommodation.

Great Location - Needs upgraded!

Perfect location with 7 bedrooms! This Ohio City house has tons of potential. Its a big house with lots of charm! That said, the details leave much to be desired. Showers in two of three bathrooms were like showering with a garden hose... good pressure with only the "Jet" setting. Oven in the first floor kitchen would not get hot... Kitchens both upstairs and downstairs were poorly appointed. The house reminded me of student housing right off a college campus without the cool posters. Great location but would not stay there again.

Perfect Place to stash your out of town friends

We are a group of college friends attending our Cleveland friends wedding. This house was literally perfect for an affordable and comfortable stay. Everyone was really happy with my picking this place. The power on the second floor was put when we got there but they promptly fixed it once I called their office. I was relieved that I didn’t have to try very hard for a resolution among my other wedding duties. Great service!!

Christmas House themed weekend ,

We loved our Christmas house weekend. It was clean, fully stocked,roomy very nicely decorated. We brought in Christmas decorations,wore Christmas pajamas, decorated gingerbread houses with the kids, had sing alongs and had a ball. Thank you for a great house to have our family get together in.

Property appearance unacceptable

1. 2 full trash cans in front of house, never emptied all week. Other cans were almost full, we ran out of room for trash and had to leave fridge full of food. 2. No AC units in 2 upstairs bedrooms. Extremely hot guests. 3. 6 full bags of dirty linen left on front porch all week 4. Dirty ashtray on front porch, dirty front steps, greasy fingerprints on front door, I cleaned the porch and front door myself. 5. I reached out to the proper manager and the owner and they said it would be taken care of. No response. The trash sat there all week and stunk!!

Amazing

1st let me say Billy the owner was just incredible. We had just come off a bad rental experience (not with this owner but from a previous trip) Billy went above and beyond to help me with all of my questions and insecurity about renting again. The house was perfect, while we were there during the start of this horrible coronavirus and the tournament we were in town for was cancelled, we made the best of our stay and the house being perfect just helped make a tough weekend be a best weekend! Thank you again for allowing us to rent such a beautiful home and making our trip one of a lifetime

Holy Days 2019

It was my first time renting this kind of facility and I really didn't know what to expect. I was very pleasantly impressed by it. It was easy to check in and communicate with the manager. My family had a great time in a place big enough to house all of us. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The only thing was the internet connection was spotty. It was a great place to stay. You will not be disappointed. We had 7 cars among us and there was enough parking spaces on the street. The area is up and coming and seems family friendly. That area has a lot of great things to do and places eat as well.

Family Reunion Fun

We had a great time getting together with our family here. We loved how close it was to everything and enjoyed our time together. It was clean, comfortable, and enjoyable to be there. It would have been nice to have some better utensils in the kitchen. (No can opener or baking pans.)
