"We have stayed here several times and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The hotel has an old fashioned charm, unlike the large chain hotels. The location is very convenient to downtown Gainesville and I-985 to Atlanta. When our grandchildren are with us, they love the pool."

"Enjoyed our Stay. It was the first time we have been there in several years. The room upgrades are nice but there is still a ways to go. Was not expecting to get a charge of $75.00 for daily resort fees. That was no where that i saw in my reservations and not sure what i got for these fees. Was definitely a shock and will prevent me from coming back."
