Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Had to be cancelled as the actual property owner did not list this

Actual property owner did not list this and my stay was cancelled 30 minutes before we would have checked in, customer service could not find me other accommodations and I’m still waiting to hear back from the claims department or something about being reimbursed for the hotel I had to pay for instead.
