The overwhelming scents of Middle Eastern incense or cleaning products made it unbearable to stay in the room for more than a few minutes and the window wouldn’t open. The pool was in disrepair also.

For I Never Checked In Due To The Fact I Booked The Room Y’all Tool My Money & I Wasn’t Able To Check In Until After 11pm So I Had To Sleep Outside So I NEED MY REFUND ON KY ROOM ASAP That Was Very Much So An Inconvenience & Also A Waist Of Money I DID NOT HAVE

Old run down. Needs new heaters for the rooms and new hot water heaters. I had pee warm water to shower in and the water was rusty.

Good stay for the price.

Couple of minor plumbing issues, but the TV was great. Wife upset there was no coffee, but having a fridge with a nice freezer and a microwave almost made up for it. A/C worked fine but made a funny noise.

The pool wasnt opened and no where did they have that posted and my grandkids was very disappointed. This is one anemity they should post their opens and closings. This was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel on memorial day weekend.

The guy at the front desk was extremely rude, for no reason. We didn’t ask for anything. We didn’t complain. We were simply checking into the hotel. A different guy, with red hair, checked us out; he was very sweet. The rooms are outdated and I was scared to take a shower.

Okay but would not stay again

Pros: Good price and close to Helen. People were nice. Big fridge in the room. Cons: Property does not feel well-maintained or clean. Found several live bugs in the room (including in a towel). Summary: While it was fine enough, next time, I would spend the extra money to stay somewhere nicer.

Good stay for the money!

The room was basic but clean. Would have been nice to have a small table with two chairs to sit at to eat or play a game. There was room for one. There was an ironing board that we used to put some of our luggage on but we never saw an iron. No big deal. We had a small problem with the TV and remote but, the office provided us with new batteries. Still had a problem when the remote wouldn't change the channels or pull up the guide. We were leaving in the morning so we weren't worried about it. When we turned the TV on in the morning it had reset its self and went back to normal. The room didn't have a hair dryer but the office had one to loan us while we were there. They also extended our check out time due to my wife not feeling well. There were several places close by to eat and a large grocery store across the street with a gas station to fill up for the next leg of our trip. Overall we had a nice stay for a good price.

The first thing that hit me upon walking in was the bad odor, then I saw the sheets had either urine, or sperm on it, and pubic hair. I could only sit on one top sheet because the others all looked dirty. I was going to try to make do by sleeping with nothing on top but sleep on the top sheet. Then I went over to the table to get something out of my bag, and tons of roaches went scurrying. I didn't want to sleep at a soaked campsite but this did me in, and I called my husband to come get me. Then the clerk kept assuring me that it was going to be an easy refund from you, and that he did his part, and he was getting a heated when I wanted documentation of some sort, because he wouldn't let me check out saying that there was no need. Just terrible. I've tried calling you about a refund but it's been hard getting through.

Room dated, clean, but the smell of the disenfectant took several hours to get out of the room running the ac system. The cynder block walls between rooms may not be insulated for yoi could hear them loud and clear. The dust on the ceiling was a bit especially above the bed closest to the system. Towel rack in bathroom covered withbpaint and needs to be repaced. It is also bent.Had to ask for more towels , when reservation had 3 adults listed. Desk clerks.could be a bit more friendly.

Won't be back!!!

Checkin was rude. Had trouble getting into room front desk helped with an attitude. Room smelled stagnant and moldy. Can't really say if it was the cause but I went home sick with upper respiratory problems
