Was good for what we needed it for. Tried to check out early front desk was empty others said she would be right back but after 20 minutes we left and came back at 11. Vents in the bathroom was disgusting. Valet guys were top notch.

The hotel is beautiful and the area is stunning, but it was obvious that this hotel is very understaffed. There was a janitor manning the front desk when we went to checkout in the morning. He was very polite but it was weird. We also witnessed multiple large roaches in the hallways in the euclid tower. The staff were very polite at least. We skipped the breakfast because of the roaches.
