We had booked for 4 adults, but we only got two main Towels and three hand ones? Also the sofa for bed is so horrible, the mattress is very thin and we felt like sleeping on thin metal rods (was very bad sleep experiene) Also we asked for more pillows, but none were available

Double charged my card after calling several times the many laughed at us because we told her we were frustrated were from outta state and don’t have to come back to get our card fixed after they made us wait until we checkout to try to give us a refund when we noticed it as soon as we checked in place was nice but staff was horrible management was horrible will never stay there away do not recommend at all
