Shoreline Serenity - 2 Private Acres
- Experience a great place to relax & unwind at this lakeside cottage. Nestled on a 2-acre lot, enjoy privacy and take advantage of the most amazing Lake Michigan views inside & out, with patio doors & oversized windows throughout the cottage.
To get this property "guest ready" we have brand new paint & flooring throughout, all new kitchen appliances, new bathrooms, brand new beds & comfy mattresses.
Enjoy the convenience of amenities like Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen, "Safe Step" soaking bathtub, and a washer & dryer.
Main floor: fully equipped kitchen w/new stainless-steel appliances, open concept living space, 2 bathrooms (one with stand-up shower & one with walk-in soaking tub with hand sprayer), primary bedroom w/fantastic lake views, 2nd small bedroom w/queen bed and additional twin trundle available at request.
Loft: king bed, twin bed, TV, games, books, electric fireplace
Basement: washer & dryer available in basement
Outside: deck w/seating, patio w/seating & firepit, plenty of lawn space (2 acres)
Important Notes: There is currently NO beach access. This property is on a bluff - use caution!
