"The minute we started checking in with CRYSTAL at the front desk, it was inviting and kind. She asked were we safe in the recent storms when we told her we are from here. Also, PATTI, who was our server in the restaurant is delightful, friendly, professional and thorough with making sure we had everything to feel comfortable at the restaurant and for our stay. Patti has been our server on 2 other occasions there and just wonderful each time! They both raise the bar on excellent employees! Both of the ladies wrote and left us personal well wishes for our New Orleans girls weekend with my daughter, and put the notes under our door. That was an extra special surprise!"

"We stayed overnight during a mini family reunion. I was able to book into a King bed with no issues. My daughter and I slept comfortably and I have a bad back and my back was great after my sleep. Chronic pain sufferer for 15+ years and the bed did not hurt me. "

"There was one employee that was completely rude and condescending! When I ask for toilet paper it took 1hr 1/2 to get it. When I asked about it she took NO responsibility. Same employee took no responsibility for my mom who is in a wheelchair was left cold and wet after having to put the bathtub because there was no stopper. HORRIBLE "
