"Often these properties are hit or miss. This was a miss. From the delivery boxes blocking the entry when you first walk in, to the kitchen which was filthy, to garbage left behind from workes (I assume), to the bathroom that was under construction (which we were never notified of), to the construction materials left laying about, to the drywall dust on everything, it was a huge disappointment, especially for the price. It's also a noisy street and you hear everything. The only thing halfway...
