Features a king master suite, 2 twin guest room, queen sleeper sofa, full kitchen, patio, and private condo-only pool. Walk to the Tiki Bar, The Galley Grill, and the marina for fishing, boat rentals, or airboat tours. Perfect for families, anglers, and lake lovers alike! This is the ONLY listing on VRBO that is ACTUALLY located on Roland Martin Marina Property. Beware: Any listing not associated with this account are not on Roland Martin Marina property, ALL OTHERS ARE FAKE! This unit has fully equipped kitchen but if cooking isn't your plan, the resort has onsite restaurants. The unit has a porch view of the Tiki Bar, which is located 75 steps away from the condo, serves lunch and dinner daily 10:30 am - 11 pm. Breakfast is open at 5:30 am 7 days a week at the Galley Grill at Roland Martin Marina, located 90 steps away from the unit. Renters have full access to the condo pool located 25 steps away. Condo clubhouse can be rented for a fee at Roland Martin Marina for a business meeting or gathering space. Full size Washer and dryers are located in the units laundry room.
