The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please load any used dishes into the dish washer and start the cycle prior to departure. Take ALL trash out to the dumpster located right outside the gate.
Leave all used towels in the bathrooms and beds unmade. Turn off all lights and set down stairs and upstairs thermostat to 74 degrees.
Double check closets, drawers, and outlets for any belongings. When exiting make sure lights are off and doors are locked.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
