"Night staff was super friendly and helpful"

"I came to this hotel with a friend for a zen retreat. The space is brand new and well designed but the staff seemed a little inexperienced and like they are still figuring things out. The sauna was broken which was something we were looking forward to. The room was very spacious and the beds were so comfortable. The rooms are not very sound proof for anyone who is a sensitive sleeper. The robes in the room was a nice touch. Overall a good stay and great value for weekday rate but I would have been disappointed if we had paid the weekend rate for the experience we had."

"Our one night stay Thu our road trip was good..we didn’t throw too much away in Casino.. got to see the Trotters outside our hotel window.. I wish we were here to see the races!"

"This property was somewhat recently updated, but the workmanship is mediocre at best ( poor caulking, cheap plumbing fixtures, etc). Couches and chairs are worn and dirty in a number of rooms I’ve stayed in, tubs and toilet fixtures generally dirty near the floor. "

"The room was very clean, the personnel was nice. The hotel is near the I-87 and there are restaurants nearby. The hotel has only 2 floors so there is no elevator."

"l'ascenseur a bloquer et causer un stress important à mon conjoint qui a eu de la difficulté à dormir par la suite. de plus la réceptionniste nous a dit que le déjeuner étaiylt de 7 a 10 alors qu'il était de 6 a 9 donc oas de déjeuner."
