Built in 1928, there are a lot of original features. So if you are looking for perfectly modern, perfect woodwork and flooring, door and drawers that glide and shut perfectly, sparkly clean windows, everything the same throughout the home—this place is NOT for you. My granddaughter summed it ip perfectly as we were loading the car for departure: “I don’t want to leave this nice yellow house.” "
