"I always enjoy stopping at the Saybrook Inn and Spa. The front desk gentleman were very nice and welcomed me back. We arrived almost at restaurant closing time and our server was accommodating and kind. The hotel is pet friendly and the breakfast wait staff were great. Look forward to our next visit."

"We loved this property. It was spacious and quiet. The staff was on top of it. We stayed at Omni previously while we were in the area. Omni was small, barely have walking space and the room was extremely loud since a night club was next door. We were up all night even after room change. New Haven hotel was much quieter and spacious. If we come back, this is where we would stay again."

"Clean, modern, spacious and comfortable room (King Deluxe) and same positive attributes as to the hotels’ public spaces. Good dinner and breakfast at the restaurant (reasonably priced). Very convenient for walking to Yale New Haven Hospital. Helpful staff. Parking available but also easy to get Uber/Lyft anywhere in New Haven."

"The hotel is lovely. By their own admission the owners have a notice saying excuse us whilst we renovate. The lodge was fine, we didn’t really notice it wanted much done. The car park was plenty, the room was spacious and comfy. Great views out the back. Convenient for the area, we really liked it. "
