"Staff were wonderful!! However, the ac did not catch up to the set temperature for several hours. When staying at a hotel, you hope to sleep, and I did not."

"My room was not cleaned. There was food on the floor along with plastic silverware and hair in the bathroom. The bed was made but had food and blood spots on the sheets. The pillow cases had drool stains on them. they gave me a second room which the floors were not vacuumed and the pillow spelt terrible. The sheets did look clean. The bathroom had strings and hair on the floor. Very disappointed! The outside was not maintained either."

"We love this hotel and stay here every year on our trek from Maryland to Manitoba. It is always clean, always comfortable, always smells good. My kids talk about it all year- are we going to stay at our favorite hotel? After a long day of driving, it feels like coming home. We all relax immediately. There’s always ample parking, the neighborhood feels safe and calm, and you can walk to chipotle. There’s a gas station right there too, so you don’t have to drive all over to get what you need...

"That staff is very friendly and very accommodating. Working as a travel nurse they were very helpful in getting me set up and a room each and every time I needed a room the rooms were very clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel 100 times over, very well managed!"
